Refreshing Fruity Spritzer

This recipe is an all-time favourite. Perfect for entertaining and a great non-alcoholic option for the whole family to enjoy. Its super quick, easy and thirst quenching on a hot day.

 

Ingredients (Serves 4):

· 1 cup Rochester Ginger or Rochester Lemon Lime & Ginger

· 2 cups 100% orange and mango juice, apple and mango juice, 100% pineapple, tropical mix or your favourite juices

· 1 litre sparkling mineral water or soda water

· 1 cup of ice

· Garnish fresh mint leaves, strawberries - halved or sliced, slices of orange, lemon or lime

Method:

1. Using a tall 2 litre jug, pour in ingredients: Rochester Ginger, juice mix and sparkling mineral water or soda water.

2. Add ice and stir.

3. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, strawberries and slices of orange, lemon or lime.
